Innovative views
I had quite strong intuition how to make holistic approach to fostering innovation in companies. The 4 views was an beautifull approach. Why beautifull? I like this in this was the first criteria. This four views are:
-view forward (look into the future)
-view backward (history of company, product, state, society)
- view on the botom (mision, values of company, state, society)
- view on the top (collaboration, art)
I see this as a sitematic 360 degree approach, which can open a lot of new challanges. Every view has a set of activities to open this view, to see new.
